When purchased without snow flap. it comes with a Mounting bracket . You can Mount with or with out mount. Light will include black pop rivets to mount flush. You will need to remove dowels in the light strip to use Black rivets. You can remove them easy with a 3/16 drill bit. they will slide right out.
